Incorrect rewards for Oneiros Rebirth Package (wotu 1800 coupons with no skill tomes)

Basic description of the problem: I used 1800 coupons to purchase the Oneiros rebirth packages when I completed his cloth rebirth, but I got an assortment of random items and not the skill tome for Oneiros or the select chest which allowed for a skill tome for Yoma (essentially the items that matter in the pack). I submitted this ticket through the in-game portal (#8865616), but it has been over a week and there has been no response. At this time, and give how the game progressed past the training bonus, I would prefer to just get my coupons back. Please confirm receipt of this comment and address accordingly.

4. What time the problem occurred: this was reported Sep 21 at 9am, and the issue occurred earlier, sometime around 5am shortly after the game reset for the day.
