I know this is your fourth post regarding the truce issue and I know you are frustrated. I am here to help you, but I need your help in order to do so. I have requested multiple times that you send us your ticket number(s), in-game name and screenshots of your mail indicating that your truce was applied and the mail that your truce expired. Submitting multiple posts in the forums will not resolve this issue for you. But, what will help your situation is allowing me to help you by sending me the requested information. Yesterday, you mentioned that your ticket went missing, which is unusual. But, I do need a ticket number in order to make sure it is resolved quickly for you. I suggested that you submit a new ticket so that you can provide a ticket number as I need something to reference. If you can do that and give me the information I requested, I can proceed to file a report.
Understood but do you realise i have given that imfo out already to customer support right? Ticket number is #8524235 K188, in game name (HUS)CLIST(i onkt found the ticket number on a reply on the same page that says i have no ticketsopen .

thanks you i ve just dome that but im not expecting to get a reply to be honest, this seems jsut to be a pas the buck having to tell several people the events over and over , with nothing actally getting done.I would like ot resovle the matter as i do enjoy the game , but i doubt any thing will actuall happen, cheers

I see that you are now in contact with the Discord team and you will be in good hands. We will continue to monitor the situation with the Discord team. From this point on, just make sure you save your mail regarding truce activation and disabled notices, or at the least, save the screenshots. It does truly help in situations like this.
