BUG Mu Divino

3. Basic description of the problem

The Divine Mu character's skill in the third skill called Star Extinction.Supreme is not working.

What was supposed to happen:

1st Cosmic Damage = 200% of Divine Mu's cosmic attack to everyone on the opposing team;

2nd then 40% of the HP lost by the opponent's characters in this attack and converted into shields for my entire team, however these shields are limited to 20% of the Divine Mu's maximum HP;

3rd last deals true damage = 40% of all active shields, but with a limitation of 40% of Divine Mu's maximum HP.

4. What time the problem occurred

since the character was released on the server, so no one uses it.
