Gt arcade app bugged monster paradise games unplayable

For more than two weeks now monster paradise games are unplayable.

I won monster monster for a 1000 points today on my first try and it froze before giving me the points. Again.

Monster match steals the tries/opportunities. Today I was able to play once out of 10 tries. Why do you have 10 tries and give only one?
