The game crashes during loading

Anyone face the same problem? The game automatically exits during loading on my iPhone since last week. Tried rebooting, repairing, and shutting down the phone, but it still failed to login. It only correctly loads by chance (perhaps 1 in 5?). It needs to be fixed.
