Cannot enter GOTWIC Pioneer server

I cannot enter & play on Pioneer server since this monday, I can actually login with Gmail account but the game never fully loads and the computer screen remains black indefinitely ( my other account on Public server works well no problems at all ), please reply a s a p and help me, thanks!
