Demon Slayer Dragonsouls Not LightingDragonsoulSkills

I have level 10 Dragonsouls in every slot on Demon Slayer, fulfilling the element requirements (Ice is at 210, Electro at 140) to light the Dragonsoul Skills at the bottom. However none of those skills are lighting at all, depriving me of their added benefits. Warloch D Server FirePlumeCage S40. (Please see attached screenshot.)
