Rhapso and Kronus

1st : My Rhapso angel says it has been activated but does not show as such nor can I upgrade it any further!

2nd: I was top 40 in the last cross server tycoon. According to the prize list I was supposed to receive 300 shards out of 500 for new hero Kronus and yet cannot find these anywhere!

Please help! Thank you for anyone's time and effort to resolve these issues!
