Hello, Infinity Kingdom community! It's Mael from Server 243, and I'm excited to share my latest adventure in the Spark of Galaxy Event with you. You all know how much I love diving into the numbers and breaking down the stats behind my gaming strategies. A few months ago, I wrote an article about how I maxed Himiko from scratch with a reserve of 2500 orbs. Today, I'm back with another deep dive, but this time it's a bit different.

I've just entered the Conquest season for the first time, and the Spark of Galaxy Event mechanism has its own unique twists. My objective this time is to obtain Tutankhamon, and I've got a reserve of 2000 orbs to make it happen. In this article, I'll not only take you through my journey but also break down all the statistics behind my draws.

Let’s dive into how this event works and what it means for my journey.

The Conquest Season and Spark of Galaxy Event

Entering the Conquest season has marked an exciting new chapter in my Infinity Kingdom journey. The challenges are tougher, the stakes are higher, and the rewards are even more enticing. I've been eagerly anticipating this transition, especially because the Spark of Galaxy Event in Conquest allows players to choose from all Holy or Shadow Immortals, while pre-conquest events only offer Himiko and Siegfried. This broader selection provides a unique opportunity to enhance my roster with powerful immortals like Tutankhamun.

In this exciting new season, the Spark of Galaxy Event provides a wider selection of immortals compared to pre-conquest events. My goal is to obtain Tutankhamun, a key addition to my shadow march. Let’s see how this event will help me reach that goal.

Objective: Obtain Tutankhamon

I'm focused on obtaining Tutankhamun as I'm gradually building a shadow march. I absolutely love shadow and the mechanism behind it. In the game, Tutankhamun’s ultimate ability, “Wrath of Horus,” deals up to 250% physical damage to random enemies. If a target has already been damaged, the next energy wave will deal double damage, potentially reaching up to 2500% damage. His energy regen. rate while not impressive makes him suitable for various energy-focused builds. Tutankhamun can replace Siegfried or take on world bosses, significantly boosting my team's capabilities. I already unlocked Tutankhamun and I therefore need 1020-60 = 960 fragments to max him. With 2000 orbs in reserve, I'll be meticulously tracking each draw to provide a comprehensive statistical breakdown of my journey.

With Tutankhamun as my target, understanding the event’s mechanics is crucial. Here’s a quick rundown of how the Spark of Galaxy Event operates and what to expect.

Sparks of Galaxy Recap

During the Spark of Galaxy Event, players use Frosty Orbs to perform horoscopes and obtain items on the compass. Each draw earns 1 point, and accumulating points increases the chances of obtaining an Artifact Schematic. If you reach 100 points without drawing Tutankhamun fragments, you'll automatically receive 30 fragments, and the bar will reset.

A key difference between conquest and pre-conquest servers lies in the reward structure for Immortal fragments. In conquest servers, there is only one reward for Immortal fragments: 30 fragments. In contrast, pre-conquest servers offer two rewards for Immortal fragments: 60 and 5 fragments. Furthermore, in pre-conquest servers, drawing either Immortal fragments or Artifact Schematics resets the bar, while in conquest servers, drawing an Artifact Schematic does not reset the bar.

Now that we know how the event works, let’s look at what I’m aiming to achieve. I’m expecting to collect a lot of Tutankhamun fragments and other rewards. Here’s what I hope to get from spending my orbs.

Expected Outcomes

Based on my previous experiences and the event's stated probabilities, I have some expectations for the outcome:

  • High Fragment Yield: Given the number of orbs, I'm optimistic about obtaining a significant number of Tutankhamon fragments and therefore maxing him.
  • Artifact Schematic and Dragon Essence Accumulation: In addition to fragments, I expect to gather a substantial amount of artifacts to craft as well as coveted Dragon Essences that will aid in my overall progress.
  • Statistical Insights: By the end of this spending spree, I'll have a wealth of data to share with the community, offering insights into the event's mechanics and probabilities.

Next, I’ll break down the data from my orb spending. This includes tracking the number of draws, the types of rewards, and how efficient I was in collecting fragments.

Breakdown of the Draws

Over the course of my 2000-orb spending spree, I'll be tracking and recording each draw meticulously. Here's a summary of what I plan to analyze:

  • Total Number of Draws: How many draws were made with 2000 orbs to reach the objective.
  • Distribution of Rewards: The types and quantities of rewards obtained.
  • Fragment Yield: The number of Tutankhamon fragments obtained.
  • Orb Efficiency: The average number of orbs spent per fragment.

To help understand the data, I’ll include visuals showing how rewards were distributed and any trends over time. These charts will give a clear view of what I’ve been collecting.

Visuals and Trends

Rewards Distribution Every 100 Draws: This visual shows the distribution of rewards for every 100 draws, helping to illustrate the consistency and variability of different rewards over time.

Total Aggregated Occurrences for Each Reward: A bar chart effectively shows the total occurrences of each reward type across all draws, providing a clear picture of overall distribution.

Percentage Distribution of Rewards: A bar chart that represents the percentage distribution of each reward type, highlighting the relative frequency of different rewards.

Trends in Occurrences Over Time: A line graph that shows the trends in the occurrences of each reward type over the course of all draws, helping to identify any patterns or anomalies.

The following graph shows the distribution of Tutankhamun Fragments over time, it shows that it took me 1490 draws exactly to reach 32 occurences of (x30 Fragments) = 960 fragments.

With the visuals in place, I’ll dive into the numbers. This section will explain the mean, standard deviation, and other key statistics for each reward type, offering insights into the consistency and variability of the rewards.

Statistical Breakdown of the Draws

Explanation of Standard Deviation for Each Reward

  • 8h Wood Boost: Standard deviation of 1.90 indicates stable drops, consistently around the mean of 9.40%.
  • 4h Enhanced Gathering: With a standard deviation of 1.85, it is fairly consistent, showing up regularly.
  • Medium Resources Optimal Chest x3: High variability with a standard deviation of 5.63, reflecting its unpredictable nature.
  • Shadow Dragon Crystals x10: With a standard deviation of 3.47, this reward is more variable but still frequent.
  • Superior Exp. Roll x5: Standard deviation of 2.21 indicates a moderate level of consistency.
  • 3h Speedup: Standard deviation of 3.36 shows moderate variability in occurrence.
  • Artifact Schematic x3: Despite being rare, the low standard deviation of 1.62 indicates a stable occurrence rate.
  • 8h Iron Boost: Standard deviation of 2.46 suggests moderate consistency in drops.
  • Tutankhamun Fragments x30: Low standard deviation of 1.45 shows consistent drop rates despite its rarity. This might be due to the fact that every 100 draws, you'll obtain 30 fragments.
  • 8h Food Boost: High variability with a standard deviation of 4.31, reflecting inconsistent drops.
  • Dragon Essence x1: With a standard deviation of 2.14, this reward is somewhat variable.
  • 8h Stone Boost: Standard deviation of 1.80 indicates stable and consistent drops.

Conclusion

I achieved my goal with 1490 orbs, securing Tutankhamun and collecting a total of 960 Tutankhamun fragments. This means, on average, I spent approximately 1.56 orbs per fragment (1490 orbs / 960 fragments). Additionally, I gathered other key rewards, including the possibility to craft 3 Tutankhamun-exclusive artifacts. The statistical breakdown highlights the variability and consistency of different rewards, providing valuable insights for future events. The most consistent rewards were the 8h Stone Boost and Artifact Schematic x3, while the most variable were the Medium Resources Optimal Chest x3 and 8h Food Boost.
