i cant buy special offer or royal perks

Hello. I play on gtarcade . I'm trying to buy the special offer for $9.9 for the angel and the other resources. When I click on recharge on the offer, the game recharge page opens, I select League of Angels, but when I select the character, "no data" appears. And even if I want to buy Royal Perks, I can't. But if I want to recharge with diamonds and press recharge on the game interface, that's where it works for me. I will put the printscreen( first 3 when i can recharge on special offfer, and the last when i want to recharge with diamond )
