Home screen stopped loading

My sister's game (League of Angels) is working, but the home page has stopped loading.

It shows that the game is running, with a message saying this:

Can't connect to Internet

Please try the following methods:

Refresh the page

Check the local network

UNKNOWN

We use the same connection and everything is normal for me, so my sister cannot understand what has happened.

The support button does nothing and most other things come up as a blank screen so she cannot even make a report.

She took a screenshot and send it to me, but there is no option here to upload it

Does someone know what could have happened and what could be done about it to get her back to normal.
