Blue Dragon Lady --- lucky tree etc.

Seems like Blue Dragon Lady may be getting overlooked? Trying to find awaken stones for her to be able to utilize the handbook, none in the chests or separately in lucky tree. She was also sort of skipped over in the past in the chests (her main icon), forget where i got her, but it took what seemed like a long time to be available other than SS tyc 1-2. Any idea if this is an omission or if they're going to be putting the awaken stones in any event shops?
