Migration from Windows 10

I play GoT Winter is coming on my Windows 10 computer.

But Microsoft will stop support for Windows 10 soon.

My computer can't migrate in windows 11 because it's too old for Microsoft.

I want to migrate to a GNU/Linux distribution Zorin OS.

Can i re-use my GoT Winter is coming account on it, or i have to create a new account ?
