Recharge Support Please

I know that in the past my account was not able to recharge because of payment disputes, however seeing as it has been a few years since, I was wondering if my account could finally start using your recharging services once again.

I hope for a beneficial review on this issue, but in the case that it is not, what steps am I able to take to get this action of recharge suspension removed?
