The amount of bugs with each weekly update seems to be escalating. It’s happening across different phone devices so it’s not the device. It’s the program that is not carefully tested and examined before releasing to the community; and yet, you continue to charge high prices for the items in a game that fails to deliver the game experience that your company promises.


Gtarcade, I hereby urge your team staff to please take the job more seriously. Get your act together and think of a way to change your operation and workflow so more expedient fixes can be made. As I had suggested earlier in another post, please consider a weekly time point for hot fixes and small patches in between the bigger weekly updates. Like dedicate Saturday or Sunday to be a time to release small fixes to make sure whatever bugs that were released every Wednesday get taken care of and not allowed to drag on for the duration of the entire week. Take the various platforms where we voice our concerns more carefully and bring these notes to the folks who should be reviewing and addressing the bugs. This ongoing trend of bugs and lack of timely resolution is becoming very detrimental to your company’s reputation. Everyone will just call you Bugarcade if you keep this up.
