I submitted an expedited ticket through support and it was closed by gt without being resolved.

My ticket closed without being resolved. My lvl 6 Water Dragon freeze hit percentage is still at 45%. The market in Triss doesn't let me buy in the shop. It says no purchase authorization. I did all that was asked. I force closed the game, cleared the cache, restarted and that did not resolve it. Then on my PC, tablet and phone, I Uninstalled and reinstalled the game taking up considerable time and still nothing works.
