Facebook account not longer working and my gtarcade account is bind to it

I have summit a ticket back in November 2023 and your support agent name Zeke hasn't been much help full the account was ok to be deleted due to is bind with my main account and is not loading my main character only the secondary account, I asked back in November that the account needed to be deleted and I get yh confirmation from Zeke that it was approved and should take 15 days, ist need over 120 days and he is not even communicate any more , I need a supervisor to check my request and delete my secondary account ASAP
