9tail fox upgrades

im new to the game and i have spent 45k naviagation treasure to buy 9tail fox and imortal fox to find out through the grapevines and the final 3rd evo snow fox is unavaliable if i had know this prior to starting up i would not of invested my coins into that particular hero . how can you sell a particular hero without all the upgrades available i want my coins back or send me the final evo snowfox as now set me back . kind regards terrowin server 1542 vingolf
