im from Ngames plateforme and i got some Issue in the last tyccon and the support in there are not active anymore can i get help in here if the devs are same in all plateforme please ?

hi silver I come back :) like you can see in the picture I charged 30k daring the event to get Athena équipe but for a reason how I don’t know or a bug the counter come back the 0 and I can’t sweep for the new equipment ??? I have payment proof and I take some pictures in the game for proof too if you said the devs can help me I’ll send you the proofs
