Yet another Handbook/celebration ?

So, flower rabbit evo needs a handbook awaken key. Not a core, not a gem. says "found in events" looked through both levels of rewards, check-ins etc. nowhere to be seen? is this just going to be a random chest item or did i miss something in Hot events?
