Support is doing nothing about a major in game issue with skyfall, icefireand national treasure

Contacted support over a month ago about skyfall not working in real time. Was told my ticket will be escalated and nothing has been done so I will not recharge anymore. The issue has since spread to icefire and national treasure.

Anyone else been ignored that has an in game problem? Does anyone know of anything I can do, or anyone I can contact to file a grievance or file legal action?
