One of the most frequent questions in Infinity Kingdom revolves around when to invest resources into developing a secondary march. While there's no definitive answer, based on my experience, once your dragon reaches level 40 around Season 2 or Season 3, and your main immortals are maxed in experience and Boost level 25, it's a safe time to begin focusing on a new march.

Equipment Gems

Until Gem level 6, it's advisable to concentrate solely on your main march's equipment. You will require significantly more defensive gems than supportive and offensive ones. Therefore, you may consider halting investment in these gems at level 5. Once you reach these levels, you can start allocating a fair share of gems to your secondary march.

Stardust

Stardust is a precious resource, and it's essential to collect as much as possible. I highly recommend getting your immortals to level 20 before considering investing stardust into your secondary march. Additionally, leveraging Throne of Supreme can yield a substantial boost in stardust. Strategically betting against guaranteed losers in group matches can result in a x256 reward, significantly bolstering your stardust reserves.

Synergy between Magical and Physical Marches

It's crucial to select your secondary march based on the damage type of your main march. For instance, if your main march focuses on Lightning damage with Khan and Peter as your primary damage dealers, consider relying on magical damage for your secondary march. This not only allows for more strategic versatility in defeating opponent marches but also enables you to leverage a broader range of skills from the Tower of Knowledge. For example, opting for a Fire or Water march can complement a Lightning main march effectively.

PvP Benefits

A well-developed second march provides significant advantages in various PvP scenarios, including Arena, Throne of Supreme, and 1v1 battles. Even when facing opponents with stronger main marches, strategic finesse can tip the scales in your favor. For instance, strategically adopting defensive tactics with your secondary march can force opponents to commit their main march, allowing you to counter effectively. This strategic maneuverability becomes particularly potent when facing opponents of similar or slightly superior strength, as a strong secondary march can decisively shift the balance in your favor on both offense and defense.

Tailoring Your March to Counter Your Nemesis

Another effective way to enhance your main march is by tailoring it strictly towards countering your nemesis. Analyze your opponent's use of skills and immortals, and develop a secondary march with the right set of skills to successfully counter it. For example, if your greatest opponent is running a fire march, create a water march with skills specifically geared towards countering their strategy.

Investing in a second march requires careful consideration and resource management, but the benefits it brings to your overall gameplay and strategic options are undeniable.
