I saw that about 2months ago a similar post was made with no definitive answer but hoping this time maybe someone who knows passes by? What is Exiled Arrow Shield Break and how do I get it (the person definitely does not have the sylph equipped).

Is it some sylph gear, some khaos gear angel effect of something?
