Battle of Asteria Event

Hi everyone, i’m PO PandaMoratia. In today’s article we will talk about the Battle of Asteria Event.

Concept : 

Battle of Asteria comes in 2 parts, the first one is an individual challenge and the second one is an alliance challenge. In order to be able to do the Alliance challenge part, you need a certain number of players finishing their individual challenge so you can summon the boss. There are 6 levels of challenge to choose from, the higher the challenge, the better the reward. You can keep track of who is finishing their individual challenge in the alliance tab clicking on the “!” icon. 

Individual Challenge : 

The higher the challenge, the better the reward.

The individual challenge is a series of 30 fights with “boss” fights every 5 levels. While it can be a bit expensive in the early game, the event hasn’t scaled in ages and should very quickly become very easy to complete. Each level will reward you with Artifact Material and Artifact Schematic.

Alliance Challenge : 

The higher the challenge, the better the reward.

Once you have enough players finishing their Individual challenge of the difficulty you want to do, you can summon the boss altar and start to build a hive around. At a time you set, you will be able to summon the bosses. You get a reward for the first attack sent at each level of the boss. For that reason we usually use 1 troop march to make sure everyone tags the boss before killing it and moving to the next level. There are a total of 6 Bosses that are pretty easy, use your Spider or Gnomes bosses march to kill them.

Conclusion : 

While being a very important event in the early to mid game due to the heavy need of Gold Artifact Schematic and Material at this stage of the game. It falls off pretty hard in priority in the end game where you pretty much do not need Regular Artifact Schematic at all. You should still do your individual challenge for the speedup and help your youngest member who may still need the rewards. You don’t have to do all 30 levels in one go and you can usually do them all without using any AP pots if you have a good management of your AP generation.
