The redeem codes have expired or the redeem button is not working?

Hi, I tried to redeem codes from december, maybe they are outdated, but it does not say invalid, non existent or anything. It just stays static or it says the operation is too fast. That is it. I am from server 1544 Minerva and all players are having this issue. The server started yesterday.
