Location of Character ID

How do you locate your character ID when you don't have access to your account because of a cleared game save in Infinity Kingdom?

Support is asking for it. I have given them all the other information required but since I don't have access to my account I don't know my Character ID. I just want to continue playing my game. It is going on a month now with no more response from support for 2 weeks and they keep closing any new tickets that I am trying to get their attention with for my plea.
