Recent Bug compensation

I have just received a message with resources as compensation for the recent KvK bug - however, it only compensates for the resources lost by attacks on my duplicate castle - and ignores the additional information I supplied as text.

(1) Resources to heal over 300,000 troops in my hospital

(2) Resources to rebuild and repair wall defences

(3) Speed ups to immediately restore (1) and (2) and not have to wait 22 days until my wall is back

I have submitted a second ticket - please double check to make sure you are compensated for these indirect losses, as well as the direct losses

EDIT: I should also point out that I lost a couple of Truces, desperately trying to raise shields and also I was unable to complete the last two quests in the Solo KvK, losing out on the rewards - however, these are miniscule compared to my other losses and I did not cliam for them!.
