Lost character progression

So i just lost all my progress...

I opened the app and when i joined a server it just play the cutscenes and tutorial when you play for the first time, i already sent a ticket so i hope i get an answer soon, idk if someone had this same problem but let me know if you have.

Now i just gotta wait for a response or if anyone have a solution let me know please, it would help me, thanks.

Oh and i also forgot, when selecting the character if i put the name that i had before (wich it was Topa) says that the username is already taken so idk what happened there, or i just got hacked or idk i started playing this game like 1 or 2 weeks ago and didn't click any suspicious link 🗿
