GT Arcade APP/emulator does not work well, freezes, crashes and pops up system errors

after login in, it freezes like this every day. One has to restart the whole GT Arcade Android Emulator app and waste 10-15 minutes for it to load again (everything).

You promote your app and you don't fix your app. You should first fix your app, make sure it works and then ask people to invest their time and money in your companies. You lose your customer's time. You promote your app and it freezes, crashes and is bugged all of the time.

Your point system does not work. You ask that customers play your games and the games aren't working well, they have 3 errors and then close down (you lose 10 opportunities daily to play each day)

and you do not fix your app, you do not fix the game or you do not fix your points games either.

Your app does not work well on PC (Windows) or Android mobile phone. Since may 2023, one cannot share forum posts and you have not fixed this either.
