PAYMENT PROBLEM AND MISSING ITEMS

😢 PLEASE HELP 😢

I used paypal to buy packs in the game, sometime it works but some time it doesnt give me what i bought, so i tried an other time and it still doesnt work but after that i checked on my bank account and some of them took my money even if I didnt get the items. I m canadian so the 41,53$ CAD is the 29,99$ USD and the two 20,64$ CAD are the first two 14,99$ USD. The 4,99$ USD didnt pass yet, the 3rd and 4th 14,99$ USD is the same pack I tried to buy two time, the 5th 14,99$ USD is an other pack, and the last two 10$ USD are G POINTS I tried to buy since buying the pack directly didnt work but it didnt work either.

BANK ACCOUNT TRANSACTION RECIEVED BUT ITEMS NOT RECEIVED ( I CHECKED AND THOSE ARE REALLY PAYMENT FROM ITEMS I DIDNT RECEIVE )

PAYPAL ACCOUNT PENDING TRANSACTION ( EVEN IF SOME OF THEM TOOK MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT GIVING MY WHAT I BOUGHT )

FINNALY I TRIED TO BUY G COINS TWO TIME BUT IT DIDNT WORK
