Recharged twice - got diamonds once

Yesterday 15.10.2021 I have tried to recharge 5 times 4k diamonds and payment have failed. I've managed to recharge 4k diamonds on the 6th time. Today I saw in my credit card statement that you have charged me twice. I want money back or 4k diamonds plus the bonus for a second recharged 4k diamonds in hot items. Attaching a ss from my payments order from yesterday. If you want a statement from my bank account, I could sent it to an email of your financial people.
