I put in a ticket over a week ago, got a response last Monday, haven't heard a response back from support in over a week on if the issue is being looked into or if there has been other reports of the same, or anything.


being ghosted by support is not customer service. at least let me know you're looking into it...


I'm in Canada, trying to use debit "e-transfer" and I'm receiving a message saying "that payment option is not available in your country"

but I've been using that payment option for the last year.

won't even let me get to "choose a bank" option.


Anyone else in Canada using debit having this issue or is it just me?


two weeks will have gone by that I can't recharge, therefore missing opportunities to buy translocation tickets and recruitment pass upgrades. hoping I'm not ghosted for the entire month.
