Game is not opening.

I have been playing the game on Facebook for years, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me. The game has been stuck on the loading screen for hours and cannot exceed 25%. Therefore the game does not open. It's ridiculous that the developers here are not taking responsibility for not optimizing. If my bubble expires and I get attacked, will they care? I don't think so!
