I have a big technical issue and the support wasn't able to resolve it, it's during more than a mount now :(

Every time I wanna redeem an active code I have the same error message, redemption code had been restricted, It's not a new issue for my account it's been the case from the first day I join the game.

I did create a ticket about this but it was resolved without any solution or issue resolving.

So please this time take more time into dive deep my issue and not give me a standard answer.

For info I did uninstall the Gtarcade and reinstall it; delete the cookies; try the browser version but didn't resolve the issue. I am sure it can only be resolved by correcting my account configuration from your end .

I even provide you with log files, and still no solution.
