Does anyone work at the Customer Support?

I have recharged 2x 5000 diamonds pack for the event. I should have got 10.000 plus additional 20.000 from diamond rebate, the money were taken from my account but i didn’t receive anything for them. Tried everything, restarted the game, opened the game on pc (i play mobile), nothing. Opened a ticket on 15 November, in which the system stated that they will answer in 2 business days. Nothing happened.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

Today i was again fooled by purchasing the 10$ monopoly pack and again, money were taken from me but i didn’t receive my pack. After all the money i have invested here i’m feeling like no one cares or wants to fix your problems
