Lost accts

On the evening of Nov 15th, dw froze on me. I backed out with both accts I play. When i went to get back on the 2 servers, the game started me over at lvl 1. The first acct is Nunbarsegunu/ s612, IGN Fairwinds. The second server is Hydra/S 332, IGN Boogers.I would appreciate having both my accts back. Thank you.
