Emulator GTArcade problem

Hi i have the problem that the emulator of GTArcade crashes my whole pc when i try to open it, i have a laptop and i have seen that this is from the Virtual Machine or something like that and it solves disabling it but i don't know how to do it, if someone can help me i would be very greatful, beforehand thank you very much and have a nice week
