Unbind account

Hi. I want to unbind all the current bindings of my account, leaving only the access that created the account (the original mail). People from ingame support aren't answering AND i feel mistreated, i have spent thousands of dollars (+12M diamonds) AND i was planning to continue playing but i can not spend unless you solve my problem.
