Constant Issues, logout during critical PVP event times, pvp events bugged and/or not functioning at all

What is going on with the game? We are on the second game lockout in a week for unscheduled server maintence. Fellowship crossserver battle has been bugged for two seasons now. Skyfall and Icefire are bugged, can’t get in to complete all attempts. Pet arena barely work, can only get 1-2 attempts before it stops working.

The current issues are out of control. We just got locked out of the game for unsecheduled server Maintenence durring game prime time. All these issues are causing significant loss of rewards, diamonds, and ranking. Not to mention loss of subscription benefits for not being able to get into events for boosted benefits.

These needs to be significant compensation for all the game issues over the last several weeks especially especially for those recharging and buying subscriptions.

For a game with such a high revenue stream, and players spending so much on their individual accounts these kind of problems are unacceptable.
