GT Arcade deskop app doesn't launch at all

Hello,

I have a huge problem. I've been trying so badly to open the GTArcade desktop app yet it does not open.I tried everything.

I have W10 and my laptop did an update yesterday. Everything is fine on my computer. Except for the desktop GT Arcade app that I use for a long time. I tried to launch it as an administrator - it doesn't work. When trying to desintall it, it tried the repair option.I tried again, and it did not work. I then desintalled it, did some cleaning with CCleaner, and then installed it again. It did the "execute" stuff. Tried to launch it, doesn't work. Tried to run it as an administrator, did not work. I looked at the task manager while trying to open it, it never showed up. I'm really lost because i don't know what to do and i don't know what is the problem
