Keep Reinstalling Every time I Play this Game on Windows 10

Good day, anyone have solutions? I'm playing this game on Windows 10 Desktop, every time I've play it, keeps me reinstalling and took hours for me to play again, WASTING MY TIME!!!

I've already added game Folder on Windows Security or Antivirus for Exceptions. But, still problem exist and Keeping me reinstalling game. Thank you for advanced help.
