Need adice on gamimg PCs 2023

I just moved into a new apartment and going to buy a lot of new stuff. I need some advice from the experts on how to choose a comfortable gaming chair and which one is better; which gaming PCs you would recommend buying in 2023. Preferably, the price should match the quality.
