lost my account

yesterday evening i was gaming on my account, closed the account like normaly, a few hours i went back to my account, and i lost all playing information, and a lot of money i spend on this game, is there somebody who can help me for my problems please, I lost my accounts Lion Lion in WFS kingdom 341 and my alt Joan Snaky rFr in kingdom 341.
