AE Attempts

How many attempts do previous EU servers (now merged to UB) get without paying diamonds? Know fact that there is only 1 person in an alliance yet they state that they dont buy attempts and the score is always 2/100, which would mean 100 attempts killing 2 alliances. This however is not equal to all other already UB server members which includes myself at only 80 attempts max. Please explain...
