Paypal screen not loading for recharges.Please address this!

For the past 2 days, when I try to do a recharge, this is what happens when the Paypal screen tries to load (it is broken as of 3 days ago, now.) See screenshot for reference.

This is after 5 minutes of waiting. Refreshing, rebooting even, does not fix this. Up until 3/19/23, recharges were not an issue. Paypal works fine for me outside of the game. Any thoughts on how to correct this?
