In which event can I get the this costume ?

I’m looking for the “Gold Organza” costume

I’ve been looking for it to appear in any event for months now and no luck.

Does anyone has any way to contact the developers so they can include these older costumes in the events?

I know there are costume chests that have your choise of a list costumes in the chest but so far I have not seen the Gold Organza Costume yet.

Any help would be really appreciated
