Not allowing me to recharge with any method

no matter what option i choose to recharge it will not let me says to contac you all

why can i not recharge been over a month and this is my 3rd ticket on this have not gotten any emails or anything from you.

is this how you all treat all your paying members?? 3 tickets no answer have not been able to recharge in over 2 months now what gives?
