Need Mod Assistance

Battles are bugged with no normal damage, no divine damage, no elemental damage, with various permutations of the missing attack stats, so with this new weapon in the attached SS, what exactly is 'All Attack 2%' of NOTHING? I only ask because as I've been told by mods in a previous post my math ain't great.
