Desktop App Crashed

I was playing LOA1 when suddenly the game crashed, I refreshed my laptop and then I got a notice that the Gtarcard desktop app doesn't work anymore, I tried to download it again but it won't show up on my desktop. I just keep downloading the file but nothing happens once it reached 100%. I’m so confused right now.
