If we look at the average Genghis Khan getting a critical hit is in the range of 0 - 25% based on the evidence above during PvP battle. Then the Iron Fist attribute skill is highly recommended for PvP battle (Arena, Throne of Supreme, Norheim, Frostborne, etc). It is because Iron Fist does not require Critical, without a critical hit the damage will also increase.

Currently you can only get The Great Code of Genghis Khan from Blessing Triss if you reached Season 2 after Legion of Frostborne.

Final Damage = ((Variable + Code) / Variable) x Start Damage

Final Damage = ((440 + 30) / 440) x 6,300,000

Final Damage = (470/440) x 6,300,000

Final Damage = 6,729,545

So the Final Damage should be around 6,700,000. Despite the fact the damage is 7,752,770. So we can say The Great Code of Genghis Khan increased damage more than 30% at this case (PVE / Players Versus Enemy / Gnome).

This exclusive artifact item owned by Genghis Khan provides additional damage of more than 30% theoretically, but the fact is that in several cases it was found that The Great Code of Genghis Khan has additional damage that is greater than just 30% skill damage.
